It's a maxis recolour so you should not need any expansions and It should work for Teen to Adult males aswell as young adults if you have uni.
As a little bonus...a very little bonus I also added another top that I made for my own personal enjoyment, it's just a black vest which I thought would go well with this upload. Any fans of Tarot might have seen it before.

Update. The vests are now available for adult, young adult and teen females.
