This was origionaly requested by gwencrazy for her Xiaoyu sim but since that was rejected I will upload the outfit.
The top is a recolour of the Alpha-Editable Dress Top so all credit and thanks go to HystericalParoxysm for this mesh. You will need to download this mesh for the skin to work, you can find it here. LINK
The shorts are a maxis recolour so credit and thanks to maxis.
