Hello again! I've started a series of modern condo style houses. I've made them with the intention of making a "downtown" area that looks very urban and placing them there. This is the first in the series (thusly titled "unit A").
I have left the interior blank so that the user may decorate to his/her specifications. I may possibly reupload them when I decorate them, if so I will edit this post accordingly.
The lot size is the second smallest (30x20). Price is around 75,000 (unfurnished).The only cheats used were Moveobjects On and Snapobjectstogrid false.
