Hello once again! Here is unit C in my condo series. This time around the lot size is the same as in unit A and unit B but the price is lower at approx 24000 simoleons. Also, in this unit I've included some wallpapers I custom made for this project. They follow the color scheme I'm conforming to, and I think they compliment it nicely :D

I've left a good bit of expansion space on the roof of the second floor for your customization desires. Add another bedroom, a gym, a music room, whatever your heart desires!
