With the success of the Metro series, I decided to upload some of the other downtown lots I have used for awhile. Here is a nice apartment building that has storefronts on the lower level and a subway in the basement.

I use it with my downtown loft and brownstone triplex (shown on my MTS2 page). I have furnished one of the apartments and left the remainder to your imagination.

I have also included a couple of recolored Maxis objects for use in the subway stop. I have included a recolor of “cantankerous splatters” that is a subway sign for outside, a couple of recolors of “Two Dogs and Olive”, and three recolors of “Grilled Cheese” as subway ads. Please let me know if these do not show up in your game and I will post them separately.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have it in me to create a subway car in the stop. However, if anyone is interested in adding one, please let me know. I would be interested in seeing it.

Please let me know if you like the lot by leaving feedback or hitting thanks.
