myself with much help from Inge Jones and MaryLou

Note This house needs all EPs to work in your game
the actual stair only needs the Pets EP to work




Close ups of the floor plan are attached at the bottom of this post
I have attached both a furnished and an unfurnished version.
The unfurnished version includes the stairs - if you move a
sim out of the house the stairs will be gone. I thought some
might find it handy to have a 'back-up' copy of the house
unfurnished but including the stairs...
