This split level house has good visibility into all rooms. (If you don't see things on multiple levels, turn off 'hide objects' in the graphics mode controls.) It features a sunlit, walkout basement, a hear-shaped pool, a large 4x4 lot and furnishings for a small to medium family. Being a large house on a large lot, the house will accommodate 8 sims and guests.

Please note that extensive use of "boolprop constrainfloorelevations false" was used in making this house. While it is easy (approximately routine) to modify the parts of the house that are away from where the floor elevations change, it is not easy to modify parts of the house where the floor elevation changes--especially if you are not use to using this build mode option.

The house uses the IndividualRoofSlopeAngle tool from Pets. It uses the rounded pool edges from mumble. It requires Nightlife (garage and lot file changes). Other than those, I am not aware of any packs that the lot NEEDS.

Although ModtheSims2 did not detect custom content, the house has some walls that I (Tulipmama) and my daughter (PeachyFiend) made.
