This is the first of the community lots in my quest to renovate all lots in Pleasantview. I cleaned up the building itself, changing it from an L shape to just a rectangle. There is a place to eat on the first floor and a tiny gym on the second floor. The gym is where most sims will congregate because they just can't help but use exercise equipment if it's there. Besides that, the pool out back is large and there's plenty of seating and even a hot tub.
