Hi, this is my second upload.

This georgeous house I made is from luxury plans . I modified some parts of this house especially at the rear part.

This house is a large 5 x 4 lot, costs 314, 972 $.

This house has 5 bedrooms (including guest bedroom),5 1/2 bathrooms, kitchen, library/study room, living/dining room, leisure room,elevator (this is the first time i'm putting elevator in sims house. I hope i'm doing it right), swimming pool, spa and 2 car garage. This house has an empty room on the first floor where you could turn this room into anything you want.

Before i forgot, this house needs GLS and FFS. Some of the items are from these packs. Most of the items are maxis content,but some of my build modes are custom contents. Don't worry,no hacks.

Included custom contents:
-Curved archway from helena at pixel sims

-Georgian French Double Door and Georgian Double Door from phoenix_phaerie at MTS2

-Charmed window scarf for double window from Aimoss at MTS2

-Nouveau fence from nihilin at MTS2

-Light Pane Bottom Window from Helena/IgnorantBliss at MTS2

-Le Petit One Tile Windows from simnuts101 at MTS2

-Dongle arch 'Touch of teak' from shufonk at MTS2

-Versailles curtains II and recolour of versailles curtains II were from simnuts101 at MTS2


and some floors were created by me.
