Eight stackable mouches for you, in the blush section...you can wear more than one at once, and with regular blush, thanks to HystericalParoxysm's tutorial.

Designed with your eighteenth-century sims in mind, but of course others can wear them too. Good for fops, starlets, smallpox recoverers...

In the eighteenth century beauty patches were punched out of black or red leather, velvet, or silk. The intricacy of the patterns increased over time, but I just made circles. I might make more but we will see.

Apparently where beauty spots were placed had a specific meaning--I've scoured the internet (sorta) and I keep finding DIFFERENT meanings. I've heard that around the eyes meant passionate, below the mouth meant debonair, around the lips meant flirtatious, and to the side of the mouth was a murderer (? or temptress maybe?). Then I heard somewhere that the right cheek meant married and the left cheek meant engaged, but then somewhere else I read that a certain side of the face was patched to represent political loyalties.
