You NEED the mesh from http://www.noukiesims2.net/ go to Ghanima, then Teen Female page 1 2nd last from the bottom.
It is an emily the strange dress in real-life but I turned it into a dress for sims. I hope you enjoy! ^-^
Oh, yea and one last thing. I accidentally put it in the male catogory
but it is for females not males.
