This is fully furnished. However as you've got a little money left over from the $20,000 you have plenty to fool around with and make the place your sims very own =)
This is a starter home ideal for medium sized families, like parents and 2 maybe 3 kids.
The lot includes no custom content. I've scanned it with the Clean Installer, so all that is included is the house [no family] and Maxis made content, from across the expansion packs.
I'd love to hear your comments, what you think I could improve on, what you like about it etc.
