Hiya, Cole again with another house.
This time it's not a starter lot, but still won't break the bank at $38,705!
Lot Size: 2 x 3
Bedrooms: 2
Bathrooms: 1
Open plan lounge/kitchen/diner
Car + Driveway
Little back yard, complete with shrubs/flowers/table & chairs/barbeque
There is no custom content included, and it's been scanned with the Clean Installer to make sure of this. I own all expansion packs, and have used a collection of maxis made content from all packs.
