51 Ocean Drive a Modern Beach House

Hello Everyone

Today I present to you a very modern, clean and simple beach house. I regret to say that I am only uploading an unfurnished version of this house. The house NEEDED to be decorated with custom content. The Maxis items alone simply did not do it justice.
I am including screenshots of the house decorated so that you can see the fantastic potential this lot has.

The house is on a 2x3 lot, it has one bedroom and one and a half baths. It has a garage and enclosed patio; an incredible balcony for those gorgeous ocean views!

It is a steal at $29,099.

By the way, in order to get those gorgeous beach views and the sandy lot I placed this house in the OFB Neighborhood Blue Water Village on a street adjacent to the sea.
