Hello Everyone

This is my first upload here at MTS2. I have wanted to give something back to this wonderful modding community for a long time, but being a little shy and a bit confused made me hesitate.

I present to you, 79 Cardinal Lane, it is a multi story family home with two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a loft that can be converted into an additional bedroom.
It is a 3x3 lot that costs $126,861 to purchase.

I really enjoy building houses, I endeavor to build sim homes that I myself would like to live in, that are easy to get around in and that flow smoothly.

For my first upload I decided on a simple but fun, family oriented home with no custom content included. I did clean it with the clean installer. If this upload goes well and you all enjoy my building style, I will upload some houses with allowed custom content. (Once I get the hang of this! )

This is my little sincere thank you gift be it ever so humble to you wonderful modders here.
