Ferme Rurale Française is a French farm, with a country-tudor style home, barn, orchard, chicken coop, and garden. The home is decorated in a warm, classic style. When building this, I pictured the farm on some property in the south of France. Maybe the farm has been in a family for generations, or maybe it was just built by an old wealthy couple looking to retire in peace. I built the lot, but you must create the story :D

The lot is on a 5x5 (large) lot and it costs §183,226.
