Azure Breeze

I haven't really done a big modern lot in a while, so I was really excited to finish this one up! I had a very, very rough exterior of this house up for a while in my game but I had forgotten about it until last week. The elevation of the lot made it a little hard to work with, but I think it turned out really nicely in the end. I love all the balconies on this lot; if only Sims could enjoy the stunning view of the ocean and pond that they have! The house is weatherproof except in a small area of the dining room where the curved glass roof is, sorry about that! You can put glass tiles over the dining room though to keep the rain out.

House Layout:

- Large foyer to welcome guests
- Formal living room
- Huge kitchen with lots of counter space
- Dining room
- Billiard room
- Study/Office
- Family room/loft
- 5 bedrooms; one is a multipurpose room that I have as a bedroom
- 2 full baths upstairs, 2 half baths downstairs
- Many balconies
- Large patio area with grill, pool, and hot tub.

Inside I used lots of color, except in the bedrooms which I kept mostly neutral. The house is furnished completely with Maxis content. I have no stuff packs.

Note:

- There are many hedges and bushes that were placed with the "snapobjectstogrid false" cheat and will not be accessible by a gardener. To prevent the plants from needing trimming, download the Perfect Plants hack from Simbology here. Scroll down that thread until you see the hack "Perfect Plants & Perfect Gardens".

- This lot will probably lag badly on most computers. To fix this problem there are several things you can do. Try removing some of the many plants around the house like the pond grasses, the bamboo, and the bushes. You can also turn off shadows, reflections, and turn down your graphics options to reduce lag. This lot has no custom objects; keep in mind that many custom objects on a lot will increase lag.
