I am not used to make big lots, but in this game everybody want to test a maximum of things... Be quiet, my first uploaded sims is not yet in the moderation queue
I made this lot to fit in pleasantview and veronaville neighborhoods for style and colors. So this is a large lot where is a cottage for a high-class sims familly...not rich or proud enougth to call it a mansion. Yvelines name come from the french departement near Paris where you have such poor houses, not to far from Rambouillet or Versailles castles.
This property is entierly closed by high walls and gates. The guest/employees house is made for a 2 sims family...the gardener and the maid.
Ground floor there is of course the entrance, a poker private room, and the huge familly room. Except the kitchen there is also a study room.

Upper stairs are of course for the bedrooms, the three on first floor are very large and furnished with many conveniences. Last fllor I furnish the three rooms as a teen bedroom, a science and a sport rooms
Rear the building you will find a gouble functional driveway without animation because I prefer the look of the front side with gates than with holes in the fences.
