With the same style as the Blue Hill I wanted to make a modern sarter using the maximum of default stuff, In fact I just needed ladders in place of the not really nice 'stealth stairs trick' and low (quite optional) decorative windows. As you can see bellow in yellow, it is very easy to recolor it with default tools because all door/window stuff is based on the same recolor choice.

Inside, on the 1st floor, you have the bathroom and the main room with kitchen dining and stucdy places. On the split level you have the modern living room. Upstairs are a teen room and the parents room.
