With this under 16000§ house you can start a new 1 or 2 sims familly and in a large and nice (I hope) house with many ways to improve the look of this lot. Of course with 1250§ used in buy mode the furnishin is basical... but your simmies can live here waiting for a job.
Made on a 30x20 lot it fits very well on a 20x30 using the right side as front, just make slight adjustments.
