-number 2 of my "modern beach lot" series. i was just planning on making one lot....the one already up for download.....but i enjoyed it so much im making a set! all can be placed on the coast of B.V. and other coastal area you may have.
-this lot is on a 2x4 as all the lots will be....an costs in the region of §85,000. is fully furnished and simple to play! made for a single sim...or a couple.
