This type lot was originally requested by Allyanabell. After a bit of time, I made a better lot (this one) and decided to use this.
It has three bedrooms, 2 full baths, a big kitchen, and a nice family room. There is a little room outside.

No custom content required, all Maxis (mostly base content) and a little EP content.
