Today I bring you "Lost and Home," so called as it was a lot that I originally built years ago and never did anything with. Well, that's not true. I used it for some of my sims, but I never uploaded it anywhere, and sort of forgot about it until recently. Upon rediscovering it, I noticed there were things I liked about it, and some things I didn't like. I wanted to keep it simple on the inside, so a player could fiddle with it as I did years ago, and I wanted to keep the required expansions to a minimum, as I built this at a time when Late Night was probably the most recent (now I feel old).

Anyway, on to the house. It is a mix of contemporary with some rustic exterior accents, a back patio and hot tub for relaxing, and some shruberry to show the neighbors you have decent taste. Inside, this is fitted very much so for a single sim or a couple with no plans of having children - maybe a retired couple?! The entrance is flanked by the modest TV area and the kitchen, complete with bar stool seating. There is a full bath on the first floor, and laundry in a small room that features a faux-garage door. L-shaped stairs bring you to the second level, where the open area includes the bed, a desk / study space, and a fireplace with seating for those moments of relaxation when you can't go outside.



As far as I can tell, you only need Ambitions, Late Night, and High-End Loft Stuff to play this lot correctly. Cheers!
