Hi all

Here's a new lot from me. If anyone has seen the film 'Catwoman' starring Halle Berry and Sharon Stone then you may just recognise this. its my rendition of the house of Ophelia Powers, the woman who has Midnight and explains to Patience the history and powers of Catwoman.

The film doesn't give close enough shots of the house so I paused the movie when I could to create this. Its not perfect, so film fans please don't tell me its not the same house. Its as close as I can get especially as I only use one piece of Custom Content.

The house sits on the 4x4 lot.
Costs 188'873 simoleons but it is fully furnished.

Ground floor: The library from the film, roughly, it is two storeys high. A lounge, dining room, side passage leading to the kitchen.

1st floor: Main bedroom, top half of the library, large bathroom, extra bedroom/study/studio, and a large storage cupboard.

Outside: Pool, garden shed, fully landscaped.

The attic I haven't done anything with, if you want to use this for a largish family its big enough to convert into bedrooms etc.

If your sims are like mine and want a car no matter what then there is a car space. In the film house Ophelia Powers hasn't got a drive or anything hence I used the invisible drive from here.

Please note the house is furnished in maxis only content. The in game shots clearly show furniture that is custom content, it is NOT included with the house but I can provide links to all of it if you want.
