Hi all

Its been a while since I uploaded anything new here. But here goes, having recently bought apartment life I wanted an apartment building with character. That night I watched 'Haunted places' a TV show and it featured 'Waverley Hills Sanatorium' the real life building was a hospital opened in 1910 and rumoured to be one of the most Haunted places in the Eastern United States. It has been featured on Fox programe 'Scariest places on earth' and Sci Fi channels 'Most Haunted' the building has been closed for many years and there are plans to turn it into a Hotel!!


My lot stays as true to the exterior of the original building as I could get without Custom content.

Each apartment but the top one has an open plan kitchen/living area with the kitchen being furnished. Plus 1 bathroom and open bedroom area.

Being an old sanatorium as well as the apatments there are relics of the history of the place, the old waiting room and nurses station on the 2nd floor, the old records room on the 4th floor. The halls are stained, the tiles green with mould and a damp in the air not destroyed by the old heating system.

Superstitious? There are 13 apartments! Which Sim will claim the 13th and maybe waken the spirits of Waverley Hills Sanatorium?

There are 7 floors.
A dark empty basement.
Floor 1 - 4 apartments, 2 snackrooms
Floor 2 - 1 apartment, old nursing station, waiting room, snack room
Floor 3 - 4 apartments, Old pharmacy, snack room, game room
Floor 4 - 1 apartment, Old records room
Floor 5 - 2 apartments
Floor 6 - 1 apartment and rooftop access.

Apartments cost - 955 to 1460
