*Pls. redownload (See edit below.)!* Lavender Lullaby --- a sweetheart of a house!

Edit 3, 10 Feb, 2007: Found out what was wrong with the house... Thanks to SuSim (of the fabulous CatandSuSims.com!), I found out what caused my recolored walls and floors to not show up for some. In a nutshell, it's the new Pets patch. So, I'm going to try out one more theory, i.e., substitute base game only walls and floors for the ones that are reported missing, and see what happens.

Edit 2, 09 Feb 2007: I've had at least 2 reports about some of the walls and floors not showing up for some folks, so I'm going to upload another version which will be ready tomorrow night (10 Feb). If you aren't having a problem with the original download, then you don't have to grab the other version. Many apologies for the inconvenience! *blushes*

Edit 1: I just realized that in addition to OFB, the presence of the driveway means that Nightlife is also required. My apologies for this oversight in specifying which EPs are required for this lot.

Furnished or Unfurnished: Unfurnished save for 5 Maxis light fixtures.

This lot is perfect for a bachelor/bachelorette or a childless couple, but it can also accommodate a couple with 1 child.

Credits: I used Maxis objects to decorate this house for the decorating suggestions photos. I also used my own recolors of Maxis objects save for a couple like the quilt bedding and the white metal for the wall light in the living room (I don't know who made the recolored lights since it doesn't have its own GUID, hence there is no creator name, but the quilt bedding was made by Atelier Quebec.
