Hiya! Here's another lot from me. This one was a bit of a challenge for me to build, as I am usually a very lavish decorator and landscaper, but I set out to build a starter house that is actually a *starter* house - one that your Simmie could buy and then have enough Simoleons left over to actually furnish the place. And I think I succeeded.

The only download you'll need is the Double Independent Expressions Privacy Window from MaryLou, which can be found here:

Anyway, I hope you like it. I've tested the house with a single dude and also with a family with a young girl (hence the pink room) and I think the house is easy to play. Please leave your comments and don't forget that "Thanks!" button over there!
