Inspired by houses in my own neighbourhood and named after my favourite local Mexican restaurant, I bring you the first in a series of five Southern Arizona-style houses for your downloading pleasure!

Casa Molina features a two-car garage, three bedrooms, two baths, covered patio, landcaped front courtyard, dining room, and a great room/kitchen area. This lot was checked with CleanInstaller and is hack-free. The lot is 4X4.

* Exterior, kitchen, and bathroom walls, as well as kitchen and bathroom floors, in the screen shots are from Simthing For Everyone Wondrheart's South-West Tribute
* Kids' room walls and floors are from simsquirts
* I can't remember which site I got the greatroom, master bedroom, and dining room walls from, and I can't decipher the file name well enough to figure out where they're from. If you recognise them, please let me know!!
