Another fine building adventure from yours truly!


This Quaint Split-Level sits on a 3x4 lot. Unfurnished, it costs around $45,000. Or, you can get it fully furnished for just $145,000.



This small but comfortable area is a great place to watch TV, read a book, or spend time with family.



The open floorplan of the main floor includes a deluxe eat-in kitchen.



The master bedroom includes a small sitting area with access to the deck outside.



Your little boy will enjoy the play area in his bedroom.



Your tween will enjoy this room all the way into college with its cute details.
