I wanted a new family sims home and decided to use maxis items only to build, but failed, because I am not use to the way maxis homes look. I did use a couple of custom items, I just had to. Sorry maxis, but I still love the game. I use the small lots because my computer is too old to handle the large ones.

Features: Basement garage (one car), 3 to 4 beds, 2.5 baths, livingroom, kitchen, diningroom, recreation room, landscaped and fully furnished. (Maxis furniture only)
Lot: 2X2
Cost: 85,010 simoleons
