This is a house I built based on a real floor plan. It only has three custom items, listed below, all from here.

I really enjoyed building it, though the closets aren't really functional. It has three bedrooms, a bath and a half, a laundry room, two car garage, swimming pool, tree house and swings. It also has an attic for storage or for more living space.
