Description :

Garrison Crossing 05 :
is an old townhouse expertly refurbished, only remains the old outdoor stairs and railings in iron which adds a certain charm to the house. There's a business area where you can sell furniture in first floor, and there's also a living room at right for the residents with a side private entry. You can access the basement through the living or the business room, you can lock the doors so clients and employees don't go upstairs and downstairs.
Upstairs are the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom as well as a small covered porch. It's ideal for a couple with no babies to live here. In basement, you'll find a lot of old and very modern furniture, it's like a real stock, when you sells an item you can delete it in buy mode and replace it by an item in the stock. So you never sells the same thing, that's exciting ! lol Two cars can also park on sides.

Note about Wrought iron stairs and Sleek Modern Stairs :
The wrought opened iron stairs done by Reyn at MTS2, don't need to be installed, but you won't be able to select/move the stairs.
You HAVE to download the wrought iron stairs by Numenor to get work Reyn' stairs.
