Hi,
It's the first time I do a house for the community.
So I wanted to make a replica of a real houseplan I saw :
at Planimage.com.
Sure it's not the best replica, I didn't know until now how to make modular stairs...but i saw some tutorials here for this, so I'll try for the next one

Anyway this house is not furnished, (only kitchen and bathrooms are furnished) and it's not for poor sims, because it cost 174.838 $ and it's placed on a huge lot 6x5 ( the biggest one ) for more landscaping.
It has a 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms colonial cottage. It has two car-garage, one pool, a gazebo.
In first floor : two livingrooms, one dining room near the kitchen, a solarium and one fireplace.
In second floor: the master bedroom has its own bathroom & fireplace; 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
