Garrison Beach is a neighborhood near the beaches, it offers an excellent selection of craftsman-style beach houses. You'll enjoy living and relaxing in this quiet neighborhood. even for vacacions. Homes are positioned to optimize and respect the surrounding sea nature.

Garrison Beach - Grand Hotel :
is a recent hotel built near the sea to offer to its clienbts the best views. The first floor has a restaurant, the entry, a salon, spa and sauna. Upstairs are four suites,with baths. Some suites have the chance to have a terrace, one has a special sunny room. On the third floor there're two suites, teh biggest of the hotel.
Outsides, there's a pool, decks to relax, and a building at right where you'll be able to get some massages and do some exercices.

Note about Wooden Stairs :
The wooden stairs done by Reyn at MTS2, don't need to be installed, but you won't be able to select/move the stairs if you don't already have them.
