I built this from a real house plan. Don't be afraid, it only looks big, it actually isn't that bad once you get inside!

You get the totally Maxis version, checked in clean pack installer. That would be the yellow version in the pictures. I don't like including custom content, but I am showing two exterior pics of how I have done it up in my own game. I think that gives you more room to be creative by redecorating!

There are two bedrooms and two full baths on the third level. A balcony, kitchen, dining room, study and living room, on the second floor. There is a room on the ground floor that the house plans called to be a bedroom, but I just left it an empty room, you can use it for whatever you like! This leads out to a terrace with a fountain and garden area, and the covered carport/entryway.
