This is the Roadside Produce Stand, on a 1x2 lot, that I made to go with my Back 40 Farm. This way they family can have a "home business" without overloading the lot, or having to use a gigantic lot for the house.

This is all maxis, from my clean download-free test game, checked with sims2 clean pack installer. On my own lot I have more custom content, including the fantastic produce truck by Dr Pixel. This lot comes stripped, you can do what you like with it (that came out wrong, didn't it?) The barn has nothing inside-- not even a floor, it's all about the stand. You could expand inside, especially in winter...or the rain...
