I know what you’re thinking “there’s no way she fit 7 bedrooms in that house!” But I’m here to say, yes. Yes I did. The first floor enters into the living room/ study area. Directly before the stairs sits a small study area near the piano and to the far right, the sitting area with comfy couches and of course a TV and game system, as well as a book case for our more studious Sims. Through the archway we head into the dining portion of the kitchen. To the far right is the bathroom and a big sliding door leads out to the rear deck. The left side of the kitchen boasts plenty of counter space to fix big meals and a door tucked in the corner.
Let’s go through the door and into a hallway with stairs to the basement. We enter the basement in the playroom. Toys for all ages are ready for the children to come and play, with a convenient bathroom complete with a potty chair for the little ones. The hall leads to 4 bedrooms (one double, two singles & a nursery) all the rooms are big enough for personalization, with only slight worry about hallway traffic jams.
Up the stairs and up again to the finished attic. Immediately to your right is the door to the first of 3 bedrooms (2 singles, one double), utilizing a dormer for added space and light. To the left of the door and round the corner is a dormer sitting space with a small loveseat and phone. Further down the hall is the remaining two bedrooms, beds in place and ready to use. The house is done in mostly neutral colors with the exception of the living room which was done in shades of rose and burgundy. I hope you enjoy this little big house and fill it with those 10 kids your Sims want so badly

Creators Note: Seasons Users please note that the attic uses some of the roof walls and therefore is NOT recognized by the EP as being ‘indoors’. A portion of the attic will NOT be heated unless you replace those walls with “real” ones. I suggest using Numenors unleveled walls to have them fit the roofline properly.
