Ahhh fresh air, open spaces and a view to die for….all come standard in this home in the sky! Flowers and other foliage dominate the landscape, including a fun bed in the front sporting an oleander question mark (a personal favorite). Soft pebble pathways lead from the port cochère to the house with a lovely side path to a separate patio stair. A port-top patio off the kitchen offers ample space for entertaining and some seriously large parties. There’s also a small reflecting pool in the back with access from the patio.
The 2nd floor is the living space with a large eat-in kitchen offering a reading nook and a study space as well as ample room for cooking and family dinners. Off the kitchen is the living room with a woodstove and the stairs to the 3rd floor. Also on the main floor are the study and ¾ bath (sink, toilet, and shower). The study could be used as a 2nd bedroom, or as a lounge. It has a balcony that overlooks the front lawn and garden areas.
Up the stairs comes the master bedroom. The master has a private bath (full) and a sitting area, as well as its own balcony. Lots of space to rearrange the furniture or perhaps turn it into a bunk room for multiple children…
This house has endless possibilities for your Sims. I hope you enjoy playing it as much as I enjoyed building it!

Playability Notes-
The gardens are so layered I doubt you can even garden them. My deepest apologies for this but I had to do it to get the look I wanted. Other than that, enjoy!
