Come visit beautiful Nebraska! Okay, so it's not really Nebraska but lets look around anyway. You have two choices of entry here, you can either go in the side door which leads into a hall between the kitchen and living room or you can go through the garden directly into the living room. The garden is lovely with space for a bench or a small table and chairs and decked out in flowers as far as the eye can see! A tree grows in the middle of the 4 reflecting pools providing a bit of shade on those sunny summer days.


On the first floor we have the living room which is quite large and has a little desk nook behind the stairs. A sofa, love seat, TV and bookcase give you the basics you need to get started. The kitchen is across the hall and has ample counter space and a little table and chairs for family meals. Further down the hall is the half bath, with toilet and sink, and the 1st bedroom. The bedroom currently has a double bed in it but it would make a lovely nursery/playroom should the need arise in the future!


Up the stairs we come right into the study area. Furnished with 2 comfy chairs, and easel and a piano, your sims can get right to building those skills! The balcony is roomy and has a telescope so they can spy on their neighb..I mean star gaze as much as they want. Doors right off this area lead to a full bath, the master bedroom and the 3rd bedroom. The master has a double bed, dresser and it's own private bathroom with tub. The third bedroom sports 2 single beds and plenty of space to play around with different furniture combinations and arrangements.


Notes:
One item is custom and that is the exterior siding. It is found in build mode>Wall covering>Siding under the name 'teal panel'. It's a simple re-hue of the maxis red barn boards from Seasons. This wall is exclusive to this lot! I made it specifically for this house and it is not available anywhere as an individual download.

This one is slightly more expensive than the others but that is due to the high volume of flora and the skill building items (pianos ain't cheap you know!). Fully furnished and Decorated this lot would be worth anywhere from 65,000-100,000 thousand depending on what items you choose. just something to remember when considering downloading this house.
