700 Wright Way

This is a house I have worked on for about 2 weeks after getting Seasons. It has been played tested for 3 days with a copy and everything works fine and has been cleaned with clean installer. It comes fully furnished.

This house is a 1 and 1/2 story home for a nice family. The floor plan is pretty open and features:

A good size living room that features a fireplace for those cold winter nights, a piano, and a desk and book case area. Plenty of room for a pet if you wish to have one.

The living room opens into a diningroom/kitchen area. The dining room has seating for 6 and the kitchen is somewhat of the country style. The kitchen also features an eating counter along the one wall for 2.

The entry has a 2 story window area that leads down to the bedrooms and household bathroom.

The house also features 2 bedrooms. One bedroom for use for child,teen,roommate, what have you and a masterbed room. The master bedroom has its own Master bath including a walk down shower area.

The second floor has a game area and a seating area. The whole upstairs also looks over both the front window area and the livingroom.

The livingroom opens to outside double deck area. The first deck has an seating area with outdoor fireplaces for those warmer nights outside. The second deck area opens from the upstairs and has seating areas and 2 telescopes.

Outside features include:

A carport and driveway for your sims cars. The carport exits to either the covered front porch area or to the back yard area.

The backyard has a small greenhouse for your sims plants and surrounded by 2 each of the apple,orange, and lemon trees. The backyard also has a pretty good sized fishing pond.
