This is a house I have built and figured I'd share with all of you. It is a 1-story, 3 Bedroom home with basment. The cost on the home comes in at $62,421. It is unfurnished, I know alot of people don't like unfurnished homes but I look at it this way, the way you furnish your home makes it more of your own. The floor plan is as follows:

Living Room
Open dining room/Kitchen Area

2 bedrooms each with closets

Master Bath with seperate Dressing, Sink, Facility Area

Pool and Hot Tub Area with Glass Wall looking into Game and Bar Room

The lot is all Maxis items and has been cleaned with Clean Installer.
