Effecto Paradiso, is a really modern house as all of my other lots. Its style is about mid-80s, it doesn' t contain any bad hacks, it' s playtested and playable. It has 1 Bathroom, 1 Bedroom, 1 Kitchen, 1 small but nice Living Room, one Dining Room and a big garden. I ave used some C.C, of some other fine Sims 2 artists. Pictures are included as well.
