Hi guys

Here is another upload that i particularly like
This house i built on a whim for my sister at the time as she was just getting into the game and wanted a house similar that to a modern showhome
So i came up with Belfrain House
It has all the must haves, kitchen, dining, lounge, garage, pool, gazebo, and also three bedrooms and three bathrooms
On a 3x3 lot is roomy and very cheap at $59,000!!!
Yes it has been tested and is great, minimum landscaping for a smooth gameplay.

I hope you like this edition as it will be my last for a while as im back at collage ina couple of days. Thank you to all the cc creators below, always loving your creations
