Hi guys
Here are two homes that are very different but are spacious with plenty of room to grow. They arent technically starter homes but but are a cheap second home. The first home 'Split Level' is on a 2x3 lot and is exactly that, a slpit level home. It dosent use foundations as they are to expensive so the land is raised instead. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, dining and double garage
The second is "home office' on a 3x3 lot. This is a home with a small shop and office, garage, lounge, dining, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
I made sure c/c was at a low so I used only 3 PIECES!!! I cant believe it either considering i now have over 1,500 files off c/c.
