I created this lot for personal use only, but it come out kinda good so I decided to share, maybe someone is interested.
I wanted an house full of space (to throw parties, to place career rewards, bubble blowers and all sorts of weird stuff my sim may want to buy) and with a good-sized garden, but not too expansive, and I think I obtained something good.

The house has:
* kitchen & dining room
* 3 bedrooms
* living room
* 4 bathrooms
* 2 extra rooms in the attic (a big one and a little one)
* HUGE basement
* driveway (space for 2 cars)

The house contains no custom content and is not fournished aside from kitchen, dining table and chairs, sofas, bookcase, TV.
