Here is a quaint little starter cabin for your Sims. Ideal for the newlyweds or the devoted college student, it provides everything a Sim needs to get along in life, from a computer and telephone to a bookcase and a comfy double bed to the small luxury of a TV, a grill, and a bath/shower combo. It is based on a similar two-cabin home my father looked at back when I was seven, when we moved from Idaho to our current location. The bedroom, I recall, had model planes hanging from the ceiling, hence the model plane in the bedroom here. Enjoy it!

NOTE: I have checked all four EPs I own for compatibility. Since I have a Mcintosh, I can't check it without uninstalling and reinstalling games, and I'm not sure if it will work w/o any of the EPs I have checked. You are welcome to try, and if you find it does work without Uni/NL/OfB/Pets, please let me know. Thank you!
