*Redone* Le Beau-Phare - Lightouse with swimmable Ocean

This Lot was of course inspired by Nengi65's wonderful "N65 Lighthouse".
But also by the remembrance of a French atlantic Lighthouse I visited some years ago.
Hence the house of the Guardian.

OK, some people had trouble with the terrain.
I completely remade the lot from my original blueprints.
No 'flashing blue terrain' anymore !

Le Beau-Phare is a 3x3 lot. Fully furnished (mostly with secondhand objects), its price is approximatively 28 000§.
It is hack-free and checked with Clean Installer.

I own all EPs, from University to Seasons, so even though I tried to be careful not using non-Base Game objects, I guess some testing is required !


Atop of a cliff, with large bay windows wide opened on the Ocean, the visitor really feels like he is flying over the shore.
It's really exciting. You should try.




Not fully traditional, yet with a bit of modern developments, the Guardian's house is fully equipped and would perfectly suit a solitary Bachelor or a young couple with no kids.





The tower (which is the exact replica of Nengi65's, btw) is empty, so there is space for further alteration work, and why not for the kiddo's bedroom ?...

Anyway, the Lightouse is functional and really shines in the night !
The last level of the Tower is not very easily accesible to the camera, due to the uneven terrain, but you can take some pretty picture or sceneries nevertheless.




The sea is swimmable. Just use the ladder or the diving board, and your sims will literally scuba-dive !



Francophobics ! don't lose your nerves : as you may know, Frillen's Flag Pole comes with many recolors, so nationalizing this outrageously french Lighthouse really is child's play !
