Hey, it's been a long long time since my last upload. Here I am today with my community lot, The Plateau. I completed this lot within several hours and quite happy with the outcome.

To most of you a 'Plateau' means a flat plain of land. But another definition is; a period in which there is there no progress in learning, physcologically. Hence the title, because your Sims will lose their learning ability, becasue they'll be too busy relaxing.

Ok, because it is a community lot, there is no price. You will need Uni, NL, Ofb and Seasons for the lot to work. Now for a quick description:

- A gym. (Only two treadmills, sorry, that's all I could fit.
- A large pool. Your Sims can swim under the bridges.
- A restaurant. Has several tables. I christen the restaurant Mermaids.
- A bar. Just above the restaurant, use the stairs.
- A coffee server.
- 3x3 lot size, not too big, not too small.
- Would make a nice little buisness.



This really is a place for family's or couples using the restaurant.

Remember, Do not upload this or any other of my lots to any other site, even the Exchange!
