Anyway this house is a Tiki themed house, its quite big if you ask me, i atleast took about 2 hours 30 mins to complete this, it has about 2 bedrooms (or three) for sims to sleep in, it has a nice kitchen, ready to be used, bathroom for you're sims to take care of any unexpected moments, its exterior has a pond for fishing, and i also included some "Trace art" with the paths, i have tested the lot, none expected bugs yet.
