An awesome beach house from my new neighbourhood. Great for a growing family. I had three generations under the roof at once! I have all the eps and fun stuff packs but im pretty sure you only need seasons to play.

There is no garage in the uploaded lot but I used the rdrglx invisble driveway_package found right here on modthesims2.com . Just type it in. Thanks to the creator because that is now all I use.
